Just got my Radio Waves for Mar-June 2010 & have to say it makes for a good read.. The Build Article (Part 1) is well worth the time & effort put into it by Karl Texler (one of our new members). A good write up from the Nationals over Easter & we get to have an MM on the cover.. We must be doing something right. Keep up the good work one & all. Oh & welcome aboard Karl.. We'll have to catch up at the 2011 Nationals in Vic.. Cheers John Did I mention it's my MM on the Cover ...

Hi John,
Thanks for the welcome, and the positive feedback on the article. My boat is about 90% finished. I'm sorting out some internal layouts before doing the final floatation tests prior to permanently fitting the bulb. Once that is done, I can mark the waterline and give the boat its paintjob.
I'm aiming to have Part 2 of my article in the next Radio Waves. I'm also happy to have both parts of the article posted as a resource on the Micro Magic website - if it can help some newbie somehow, then I'll be very happy.
Not sure whether I'll make it to the Nationals - it really depends where I am at with a number of other things not Radio Sailing related.
